Bianchi Slovakia gives you and extra 60 days for changing purchased item to another item from our e-shop.

All goods must be unused or unworn in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

There are some exclusions to our 60 day exchange policy, which are detailed below (unless faulty or not as described):

• Nutritional products or those with a best before date must be returned within 14 days
• Any customised/personalised items such as frame builts cannot be returned
• Gift vouchers
• Products received over 60 days ago
• Products that have been opened or unsealed
• Products returned in an unsatisfactory condition
• Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.

Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this Returns policy. 

Purchased items can be exchanged for any items from our portfolio, which are currently on stock.

The delivery costs for exchanged items are covered by Bianchi.sk only for items delivered to address in Slovakia and the delivery costs are covered only for one exchange.

The delivery costs for exchanged items outside Slovakia are covered by the customer.

Customer can select exchanged item (or items) in value similar or bigger than original item. The money difference will be afterwards charged to the customer.
